Mia is designed to be a calm, private companion. Here is how to get help with the app and your data.
Mia is not an emergency service. If you have urgent health concerns or think someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or your maternity care team.

Email liyakharitonova@gmail.com. Please do not send urgent medical information by email.
Delete your data
In Mia, open Settings and choose Delete All Data. This removes Mia’s profile, journal, chats, trackers, events, consent, reminders, local App Attest key, local files, and Mia preferences from that device. Mia’s records do not sync through iCloud.

What Mia can help with
Mia supports personal pregnancy planning, journaling, care preparation, and optional reflection. It does not diagnose conditions, provide treatment, or replace professional medical care.
